Terms of Service

We are drafting the final terms ahead of public launch. The summary below describes the operating principles that will anchor them.

What the terms will say (in plain English)

  • No multi-year contracts. Sembr is month-to-month or annual (annual is a discount, not a commitment).
  • Cancel anytime. Self-serve in the dashboard. No retention calls, no exit interviews.
  • No exit fees. Data export is free, anytime, in JSON / CSV / SQL.
  • Pricing changes are versioned. Your renewal price is the price you signed up at, indexed only to inflation. We do not silently raise prices on existing customers.
  • Service level: standard support response within 24 business hours on Essential, 4 business hours on Growth, named SLA on Enterprise.
  • Uptime target: 99.9% for the application surface. Status published publicly at status.sembr.co.
  • Liability: capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months (industry-standard).
  • Acceptable use: no spam, no abusive content, no using Sembr to violate someone else's rights. The full list is short and obvious.
