Can we tier by firm size and revenue band at the same time?
Yes. Tiers can combine criteria. A typical setup: small firm (under 25 staff) at one rate, mid firm (25-100) at another, enterprise firm (100+) at a third, with optional add-ons for additional voting reps or extra CEU seats.
What about chapter operations?
Each regional chapter can run as its own tenant with its own dues, events, and Stripe payout, while the parent association rolls up reporting and a single member directory at the umbrella level.
Do you support voting / governance workflows?

When does CEU / certification tracking ship?
