Integration / Zapier

Sembr & Zapier.

Connect Sembr to thousands of apps via Zapier. If we don't have a native integration for a tool you use, Zapier almost certainly does.

Triggers at launch

Nine Sembr triggers, 6,000+ destinations.

Member events

New member, member updated, status change. Wire to your CRM, Slack channel, or anywhere.

Payment events

Payment received, payment failed, invoice sent. Wire to accounting tools or treasurer DM.

Event + lifecycle

Event created, event registration, dues lapsed. Wire to event ops or re-engagement workflows.

Status: Phase 2.

The Sembr REST API (G5) is the foundation. A public Zapier app drops shortly after the API is documented and stable. For very high-volume orgs, the same events are available as direct webhooks (free, no Zapier task quota).

# Common Zaps
> new member -> Slack DM to coordinator
> renewal payment -> row in Google Sheet
> event reg -> CRM lead in HubSpot
> member lapsed -> task in Asana / Trello
> webhook alt -> any URL, free
FAQ

Common questions.

What triggers ship in the first release?
Member created, member updated, member status change, payment received, payment failed, invoice sent, event created, event registration, dues lapsed. The full list lives in the Zapier app directory at launch.
Are there alternatives if I don't want to pay for Zapier?
Yes. Sembr publishes the same events as webhooks directly to any URL, free with the Sembr REST API. Zapier just adds a no-code wrapper. n8n and Make also accept the webhook format.
What about rate limits?
Sembr's webhooks have a generous rate limit (1000/min per workspace at launch). Zapier's own task quota applies on top. For very high-volume orgs, direct webhooks beat Zapier on cost and latency.

Zap any Sembr event to any app.

Or skip Zapier and use the webhook directly.
