FAQ

Common questions.

Which Sage region does this support?
Sage Business Cloud Accounting is available in UK, Ireland, US, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and South Africa. The Sembr integration works wherever the Sage API is enabled.
What if we use Sage 50?
Sage 50 (the desktop product) is out of scope. If you're considering migrating to Sage Business Cloud, that's a one-time data import you'd run in Sage before connecting to Sembr.
Can the integration handle multi-currency?
Yes. Member invoices in CAD/EUR/GBP/AUD will post to the matching Sage currency account. Sage's own multi-currency settings need to be enabled at the Sage account level.
