HubSpot for outreach. Sembr for membership.
Sembr members appear as HubSpot contacts with renewal status, dues tier, and event history as fields. Lifecycle stages update automatically as members join, renew, or lapse.
Membership data where your marketing team lives.
Contact sync
On member create, update, or status change, Sembr pushes the record to HubSpot. Name, email, tier, join date, last renewal, and dues paid YTD are standard mapped fields.
Lifecycle stage mapping
Active members map to "Customer." Lapsed members flip to "Evangelist" (or a custom stage you define). New joins trigger "Lead" to "Customer" progression. HubSpot workflows fire on every transition.
Workflow triggers
Any Sembr-driven contact property change can trigger a HubSpot workflow. Use it for lapse re-engagement sequences, renewal reminders, and new-member welcome series without manual list management.
Status: post-launch.
HubSpot integration is similar in scope to Salesforce -- requires per-tenant configuration and field mapping validation. Targeted Q4 2027 or later, once enough HubSpot-using tenants are on Sembr to validate the design. One-way push only (Sembr to HubSpot). HubSpot edits do not flow back to Sembr; Sembr is the source of truth for membership records.
